New Owners

If you have recently purchased a share of our property, you must supply us with the 4 following documents:

Copy of Land Titles Registry

Exclusive Use Agreement Form (available from our Forms)

Transfer of Exclusive Use Agreement (available from our Forms)

Membership Contact Information Form (available from our Forms)

All documents must be supplied to the Poplar Beach Board in order to make you a member in good standing. If you are not a member in good standing, the board does have the authority to not turn your power on until all forms are handed in. This also applies to all fees that are issued each year; the annual membership fee and the individual power usage fee. If you have any issues or concerns, please email the board.

Reminder: Any and all developments in the campground require you to submit a Development Permit &/or a Building Permit to the Resort Village of Wakaw Lake (RVOWL). Do not start any project unless you have been approved and have an email and approval form back from them. Board members and Park Managers do not have the authority to approve any projects so please send all requests to the RVOWL office. Forms can be found on our website as well as the RVOWL website. If you are unsure if you need a permit, please contact their office.
