Happy Spring everyone. Some housekeeping news:
Power will be turned on this Friday, April 5th in the afternoon.
If anyone is planning on selling their lot, please make sure all the paperwork involved to complete a sale and make the new buyer a member in good standing is filled out. All the forms can be found on our website under New Owners. Please direct the new buyer to our website as well for all the Rules and Regulations and Bylaws.
If anyone has any questions or concerns about the new bylaws that the Resort Village of Poplar Beach has made, please contact that office and get clarification. No development and/or building can be started without the proper permit and approval from the RVOWL.
