Official Opening of Poplar Beach

Great news everyone!

Power will be on at 2 pm tomorrow. That is when access will be allowed for all to enter. 

The shower house is up and running. Some water lines are still iced up so we can not promise all sites will have running water tomorrow. Also the water is not potable. The PMs are still working daily to get water to all.  Bring some extra water with you this weekend just in case.

There are still a few places where the roads are soft so caution should be used driving through the park. Those in small cars , please be very careful when you come across ruts. 

Over the next few weeks, the roads will be worked on and topped with gravel. All the piles of gravel in the park are meant for the roads, so please leave it up to the PM's to fix them.
