Summer AGM Agenda

Agendas will be emailed to all members. A PDF version will also be posted on our Minutes page on our website if you would like to print a copy for the meeting. If you did not receive the agenda, please let the board know and we can make sure your email is on our list. If you received the agenda by mistake, please contact the board so we can take you off the mailing list.

Please email all questions beforehand so we can keep the meeting running smoothly.

Proxy votes are only available to nominees that are also members in good standing. Please read the bylaws for more information about this.

AGM is on Sunday, August 6th at 10 am at the Gazebo.
